About Me

I'm driven by a passion to create, build, and push boundaries—whether that means launching a new venture, designing a unique space, or engineering a solution that didn't exist yesterday. If I can picture it, I'll find a way to make it real—fast.

My background is a mix of technology, design, and hands-on project management. I thrive on learning new skills, collaborating with sharp people, and turning ideas into things you can see, use, or experience. For me, there's nothing more rewarding than bringing a vision to life and watching it take shape in the real world.

What I'm Building: TechRecon.ai

Basically trying to build cash machines with data. Real estate moves slow, but information moves fast - so I'm building systems that can spot opportunities before they become obvious.

Current Focus

I'm deep into ArcGIS and spatial mapping right now - there's so much signal in location data that most people ignore. Combine that with public records, permit data, and market trends, and you start seeing patterns that can turn into real money.

  • ArcGIS & spatial mapping for deal discovery
  • Building data pipelines that actually find money
  • Automating the boring stuff so we can focus on deals
The Goal

Build systems that can consistently find undervalued properties, predict market movements, and automate the research that usually takes weeks. Not trying to replace human judgment - just want to feed it better data faster.

What I'm Actually Building

Spatial Intelligence

Using GIS data to spot patterns others miss - zoning changes, development trends, undervalued areas.

Data Mining Operations

Scraping public records, permits, sales data - then connecting dots to find opportunities.

Deal Flow Automation

Systems that watch markets 24/7 and alert when something interesting pops up.

Market Pattern Recognition

ML models trained on local market data to predict where value is heading next.

If you're working on similar stuff - spatial data, real estate tech, or just trying to build systems that make money - would love to connect and see if there's overlap.

Event Production & Audio Engineering

Event producer / technical & structural designer

What I Do

My focus is on making ambitious ideas possible—designing and rigging structures for live shows, building installations, and mixing audio for events and studio work. I handle the technical side so creatives can do their thing.

Case Studies

The Art of Banksy Miami
When three vendors said impossible, we said challenge accepted.
  • 2.5 week deadline from concept to opening
  • Only rough concept drawings provided - no measurements, venue specs, or construction plans
  • Three previous vendors backed out calling the timeline impossible
  • Had to source materials during the holidays
  • 25,000 sq ft of walls plus 6 custom carpentry pieces to build

Our Roles

Design

We were provided with concept drawings. They had no measurements, they were not venue - specific, and they had no consideration for construction methods. With what we were provided, we were able to design this exhibit around materials that were available in the area and to the size of the venue. We were also requested to make the carpentry pieces to be toured. We immediately began to design the parts that needed to be CNC cut in order to meet deadlines. Our design team worked directly with the CNC shop and provided them with turn-key code for them to send to their machines.

Logistics

From the first phone call confirming our services for the show, the gears were already turning in the logistics department. I had realized that I had to source materials around the holidays. I immediately booked 25 flights for all crewmembers and found lodging last-minute. We then dedicated a team of runners to grab materials on the fly. (25 people wasn't even enough - we still had to hire 9 locals) We were running 2 trucks all day for a week straight. Our crews were running 24 hours a day at the venue and our logistics team made sure they had what they needed at all times. The logistics team was essential to the timely completion of our show. With 25,000sqft of wall and 6 carpentry pieces to build, we had no time to waste on lead time for material delivery.

Construction Management

The key is having the right people for the job. We have a nation-wide team that we work with regularly. We also hammered-out a hiring process for securing local labor on the fly. Without our team, this job would have been impossible. We are experts in structural design. With our expertise, we were able to construct a safe and code-compliant experience. For example, in our massive 25x20 mirror room, we added a 700lb steel beam to support the roof load. We also added rigging to the ceiling in the tube station pictured above to add a safety to the custom rib structure that we designed.
